Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to:

the order will not be eligible for a refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Re-shipping may be possible upon request and will be charged separately.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
